Ginga FC is excited to offer a specialized Strength & Conditioning program, led by our experienced coach Jenilo Soares "Russo". With a background in coaching, playing at the college level, and a specialty in strength and conditioning, Russo brings a tailored approach to improving athletic performance and physical fitness.

Program Highlights:

  • Targeted Strength & Conditioning: Focus on enhancing core strength, agility, endurance, and overall fitness tailored for soccer athletes.
  • Exclusive Access: This program is offered exclusively to Ginga FC players.
  • Expert Coaching: Benefit from Russo’s extensive experience as both a player and coach, ensuring you develop the physical foundation needed to excel on the field.
  • Injury Prevention & Recovery: Improve your fitness while also learning techniques that help prevent injuries and optimize recovery.


Training details:

  • Training will be held on Sunday mornings.
  • Ages: 2012 to 2006
  • Duration: 8 Weeks
  • Time: 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM
  • Dates: 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2
  • Fee for 8 Weeks: $195
  • Fee Day by Day: $30
